Shampoo
1. Massage a small amount of shampoo into wet hair and scalp
2. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Conditioner
1. Remove excess water from hair
2. Apply a small amount to mid-lengths to ends
3. Leave in for a two minutes and rinse
